Pricing questions
- Is there a transaction fee?
- No. BMTable never takes a cut of your sales. Stripe standard processing fees apply to card transactions and are paid directly to Stripe.
- How does BMTable keep restaurant data secure?
- We protect accounts with role-based access, secure authentication, encrypted connections, least-privilege controls, and operational monitoring. Enterprise teams can request additional security review during onboarding.
- Is BMTable GDPR-ready for UK and EU restaurants?
- BMTable is designed to support GDPR obligations with data access, export, deletion request workflows, and clear privacy controls. Customers remain responsible for configuring staff access and local compliance processes.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. You can cancel any paid plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you can export your restaurant data before closure.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Does the Free plan ever expire?
- No. The Free plan is free forever. There are no hidden time limits or trial periods.
- Is my data safe if I cancel?
- Yes. You can export orders, menus, customers, and reports from settings. Data is retained for 90 days after account closure.
- Do I need hardware to get started?
- No. The web POS works on any tablet, laptop, or desktop browser. Receipt printers, kitchen displays, and cash drawers are optional.
- Is there an iOS app?
- Not yet. iOS support is on the roadmap. For now, the web app works well on Safari on iPad and iPhone.
